Farragut has two strong weekend events on the calendar, with one focused on food and fundraising and the other built around an easy family night out.

Taste of Turkey Creek — Friday

Taste of Turkey Creek runs Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. at Pinnacle at Turkey Creek, bringing together local food and community support in one evening.

The event benefits Breast Connect, making it both a dining-focused night out and a fundraiser for a local cause.

If you’re planning to attend, check the current event page for ticket options and availability before heading over.

Farragut After Dark — Saturday

On Saturday, Farragut After Dark runs from 6 to 9 p.m. with a free outdoor screening of Hotel Transylvania beginning at 7:15 p.m.

The evening is designed as a relaxed, family-friendly fall event, and there is also a Luminary craft activity available for an additional cost.

Bring a chair or blanket, arrive early enough to get settled, and plan for a casual movie night under the evening sky.

For Farragut families, these two events offer a good mix: Friday night for food and fundraising, Saturday night for a free seasonal movie and family fun
